My name is Mick Wright. I’m originally from Northern Ireland. I now live in Bangkok, Thailand with my wife Gay and my two daughters Kate and Amy (pictured to right right wearing white t-shirts).
The purpose of this blog is to keep track of my diabetes to track my blood sugar levels and keep a note of any variations to what I eat and drink.
I’m currently on 3×500 Metformin tablets a day and trying the low carb diet approach (which seems to be working).
